2. What data we collect

* Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, business name.
* Booking details: the call you book and any notes you add.
* Payment details: handled by our payment providers.
* We do not store your full card number.
* Messages: anything you send us by form, email, or chat.
* Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar data collected through cookies (see Section 7).

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

* We use your data for these reasons:To deliver our service and your bookings. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
* To reply to your questions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
* To send marketing emails or a newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.
* To measure and improve our website through analytics and ads. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
* To keep invoices and tax records. Legal basis: our legal obligation under Dutch tax law.

4. Who we share your data with

We use trusted third-party providers ("processors") to run our business. Each one only processes data on our instructions:

* Website and page hosting: FlexiFunnels
* Appointment booking: Trafft
* CRM, forms, and email: Heffl
* Payments: Stripe and Wise
* Website analytics: Google Analytics (Google)
* Advertising and retargeting: Meta Pixel (Meta)

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International data transfers

Some of our providers (such as Google, Meta, and Stripe) are based in the United States. When your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep your data

* Invoice and tax records: 7 years (required by Dutch law).
* Lead and customer data in our CRM: for as long as we work together, and after that only as long as needed, then deleted.
* Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

7. Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit our site. We use three types:

* Necessary cookies: make the site work (for example, booking and forms). These do not need your consent.
* Analytics cookies: help us see how visitors use the site (Google Analytics). We ask your consent first.
* Marketing cookies: used for ads and retargeting (Meta Pixel). We ask your consent first.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on our site.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

* correct it,
* delete it,
* limit how we use it,
* receive a copy to move elsewhere,
* object to certain uses,
* withdraw consent at any time.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
